Please ensure you state your order number in the reference field when booking your return or label the carton with this information to prevent any details in processing the return.
If you are making a return from a non EU Country you MUST label your parcel as 'Return of goods at zero cost', failing to do this may incur additional charges and or issues with import.
Please be aware that we do not permit in-store returns and this is a zero tolerance policy - all returns must be solely via courier.
