Return Address

All returns should be booked to the following address: Clanbay Returns, 11a Upper Edward Street, Newry, Co. Down, BT35 6AX, UK Please ensure you state your order number in the reference field when booking your return or label the carton with this information to prevent any details in processing the return. If you are making a return from a non EU Country you MUST label your parcel as 'Return of goods at zero cost', failing to do this may incur additional charges and or issues with import.

Printing Returns Labels

We understand that not everyone has a printer at home so printing returns forms and labels can be an issue and in these cases we recommend the following: - Choose a courier service that doesn't require a label to be printed (Myhermes, Parcelforce, UPS and DHL typically won't require this) - Perform the digital version of the returns process via your account on our website and then transcribe the critical details to paper (Order Number, Items to be returned, Quantity, Reason, etc...). Return Period

Our return period is strictly 30 days from the date in which you received the order unless otherwise stated on a particular product. This means the item must have arrived at our depot within the 30day return period as confirmed by tracking history.
