Our return period is strictly 30 days from the date in which you received the order unless otherwise stated on a particular product. This means the item must have arrived at our depot within the 30day return period as confirmed by tracking history.
Due to the nature of products including warranty periods and stock commitment levels we strictly enforce this policy and we therefore advise you do not return any order which will not arrive within the return period time frame.
In some cases as a gesture of goodwill we may permit a return outside this period however their will be a restocking charge of 50% applied in these cases.
