Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order you have the right to do within 14 days of placing the order and should do so by completing and returning the standardized 'Cancellation form' attached to your order confirmation email and returning this via email only. We will not accept cancellation requests via phone.

It should be noted that your cancellation request is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer services team confirming the cancellation has been processed. The sole reason for this is that there may be a delay between your email and our response during which time it's possible your order may be dispatched. In these cases you should return the unwanted item under our standard returns policy.

If after 14 days you wish to cancel your order we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee equating to 10% of the value with a minimum of 10GBP and a maximum of 50GBP. This cost will cover restock and administration.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders whilst in transit as our contractual agreement places ownership on you (the customer) at this stage. If after receipt you wish to return your order please refer to our returns section.

You should also note that we cannot accept cancellation or return of products that are made to order / special order. These products can be identified from by the 'stock message' on their individual product pages below the 'Buy' Button.
