Printing Returns Labels

We understand that not everyone has a printer at home so printing returns forms and labels can be an issue and in these cases we recommend the following:

  1. Choose a courier service that doesn't require a label to be printed (Myhermes, Parcelforce, UPS and DHL typically won't require this)
  2. Perform the digital version of the returns process via your account on our website and then transcribe the critical details to paper (Order Number, Items to be returned, Quantity, Reason, etc...). Include this within the outer carton
  3. Hand write our address and order number on the outer carton (NOT on the item packaging itself as this may affect your return approval)

Note: the term 'Outer Carton' refers to the box in which you place the items to be returned in order to protect them during transit.
